Yes. If your policy includes 'choice of repairer' (check your PDS or ask your insurer), you can nominate Bartels Autocare no matter who your insurer suggests. Tell us, and we take care of the rest with them.

Do you deal with my insurance company directly?

We manage the claim on your behalf: lodgement support, assessor liaison and approvals. You deal with one person at our workshop instead of a call centre.

How long will my repair take?

Every quote includes a written timeline before work begins. Minor cosmetic repairs take days; structural repairs run 10–14 days, depending on parts availability. We update you at each stage.

Every repair leaves with a written workmanship guarantee. If something is not right, bring it back and we put it right.

Can you keep me mobile while my car is repaired?

We arrange replacement vehicles at the time of booking, and the CBD workshop lets you drop off on the way to work and collect on the way home.

Do you repair prestige and electric vehicles?

Yes. Our I-CAR Gold Class team repairs Tesla, Porsche, BMW, Subaru and XPENG among other marques, following manufacturer specifications for each vehicle. The team is EV-trained and equipped for high-voltage safety procedures, and we recalibrate driver-assist systems after repair.
